My life was enriched by the addition of my first Shetland sheep in 2001. I never could have imagined the joy and serenity that they would bring into my world! Through my flock, I've met wonderful new friends and had many grand adventures.

I specialize in breeding for a striking combination of spotting referred to as "HST." HST is shorthand for a solid colored sheep with white on it's Head, Socks and Tail. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the flashy, good looks of the spotted Shetlands but preferred a solid colored fleece for hand-spinning. HST gives me the best of both worlds!

My first priority, when selecting breeding animals, has always been correct conformation. Followed closely by soft, dense fleece. Add the eye-catching flash of HST spotting and you've got one, beautiful Shetland sheep! Breeding stock is available for sale...

In 2009, I was overcome by an addiction to bantam Cochin chickens! I kid you not ~ these babies are addictive! Once again, I find myself breeding for rare colors and markings.
